Our company was founded on 12 January 2005.

The primary focus of our company is helping SAP's costumers with data management. Moreover we offer these customers further training with the SAP package through workshops and courses focused on solving individual topics.

Among our main areas of interest are supporting SAP customers in data management, outsourcing, education and training, including consulting about the individual components of the SAP package through workshops and courses focused on solving individual topics.

It concerns the following:

• Primary data upload done by our trained advisors, both logistics and accounting records
• Master data management (materials, suppliers, customers, …)
• Processing of records in your ERP mySAP^® system (MM, SD, FI and CO)
• Generation of info records and contracts
• Purchase records processing and entering in SAP system (purchase orders, goods issue notes, goods receipts …)
• Accounting records processing in SAP system (invoices, credit notes, debit notes …)
• Sales and distribution records processing in SAP system (quotations, enquiries, orders…)
• Documentation creation and localization
• Assistance with standard training or preparation (under the supervision of a consultant)
• Training materials or data preparation
• System end user training (MM, SD modules)
• SAP system testing

We can offer our expertise in the field of information technologies:

• Implementation of an integrated information system by the Slovak company Softip on the client's side
• More than ten years of co-operation with SAP regarding implementation of its information system on the implementation side

We have been granted the authorization by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports to provide training courses (See here).
